Job Overview:
Lead Agile BI initiatives using Scrum to deliver data products incrementally, manage project scope, timeline, budget and risks, and ensure alignment with business priorities and governance standards."
Key Responsibilities:
Define and maintain the BI roadmap and deliverable priorities in collaboration with business stakeholders
Coordinate digital functions (architecture, infrastructure, security) to ensure governance compliance and alignment
Initiate and plan projects by setting scope, estimating timelines and budgets, allocating resources, and producing a Project Charter
Oversee end-to-end delivery of BI data products, ensuring quality, on-time and on-budget completion
Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues proactively to keep delivery on track
Lead Scrum ceremonies and enforce Agile practices across the team
Facilitate team performance by removing impediments and shielding from external disruptions
Ensure all BI products and project artifacts are documented according to standards
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of Agile/Scrum project management experience
Experience estimating scope, timelines, budgets and managing risks/issues
Hands-on familiarity with Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, SQL, data warehouse and lakehouse concepts
Proficiency in Azure DevOps or equivalent backlog management tools
Active SQL skills
Scrum Master certification
Project management certification (PMP, Prince2)
Experience as Data Analyst, Data Modeler, BI Developer or Analytics Engineer
Prior experience in the energy sector
Experience with ESG or HR projects

Coaching and team mentoring
Project documentation and reporting
BI tool and data concept familiarity (Power BI, data warehousing, lakehouse)
Backlog structuring in Azure DevOps or similar
